Bed linen and towels (one large and one small towel per person), as well as detergent, sponges, a few dishwasher tablets, shampoo, shower gel, a few rubbish bags and some toilet paper is included in the price of the apartment. Upon your arrival we are required by law to scan and register your personal details and for that we need your identification papers which we will return to you immediately. Should any of the guests join you at a later time, it is imperative that you forward us their personal information, so that we can register them with the authorities.
The apartment may house only as many people as were declared on the reservation. If more people stay in the apartment, subject to the apartment capacity allowance, we reserve the right to charge extra. Each guest needs to settle their cost of the tourist tax.

WATER & HEATING:
Water represents one of our most precious assets and is suitable for drinking from tap. Please help us preserve it and shut the tap firmly when not needed. The water heating in the apartment is always on. If used overabundantly the warm water may run out. In such case, wait for a short while and it will heat up again. During the winter months the heating is always turned on. You may adjust the temperature either with the thermostat located in the living room or with the turn handle on the head of the radiator.
